Great apartment recently renovated, spacious and very comfortable and situated in Piazza Ippolito Nievo in the characteristic Trastevere district and consists of a large entrance, a living room, three large double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious dinners with typical products purchased in many shops and stores in the area. From the apartment you can reach Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere the heart of the Trastevere Area in a 10-minute walk, and to reach the Coliseum area you can take the Tram Line 8 and in 10 minutes (6 stops) you will get off in Largo di Torre Argentina from where you can move walk around the historic center and easily reach Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and so on! The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and bright and equipped with every comfort, including free wifi and air conditioning (only in master bedroom) and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

after midnight - €40,00.
The correlative sum must be paid in cash at the check in time .
Christmas Period ( 20th December - 6th January ) and Easter Holiday ( dates depends from Calendar ) are considered Very High Season and there will be an extra charge of 20% on high season's prices.
For requests of additional Linen and Towels it will be obligatory to pay an extra charge depending on the quantity of pieces requested.
The Trastevere Holiday Apartment is located in Piazza Ippolito Nievo, in the Trastevere Area, the most characteristic area of the Old Rome.
