This small but charming apartment of 30 square meters is located in the characteristic neighborhood of Trastevere in a great location to walk to Piazza San Pietro and the Vatican and Piazza Navona, two of the most important historical site of Rome. The apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the ground floor of an historic building. It is comprised of a double sofa bed, a bunk bed for two persons, a dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and is also equipped with air conditioning and TV with digital terrestrial channels. It is characterized by modern but very functional furniture. It can accommodate 4 guests (2 +2).

Late Arrivals :
For arrival after the normal working time (9:30 am – 8 pm) there is an extra sum to be paid accordingly to the following schedule
from 8,00 pm to 10,00pm - €20,00
from 10,00 pm to 12,00 pm - €30,00
after midnight - €40,00.
The correlative sum must be paid in cash at the check in time.
Christmas Period ( 20th December - 6th January ) and Easter Holiday ( dates depends from Calendar ) are considered Very High Season and there will be an extra charge of 20% on high season's prices.
For requests of additional Linen and Towels it will be obligatory to pay an extra charge depending on the quantity of pieces requested
