Brand new apartment of 60 square meters, just finished being renovated, located in Via Portuense, in the south-west of Rome and perfectly connected to the center of Rome through various bus lines as the No. 44 that takes in 15 minutes to Piazza Venezia, in the heart of the historic center of Rome, near the Colosseum. The apartment is very nice and well furnished and has a youthful and modern image, and consists of a living room with a table for 4 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one double and a second with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, TV with digital terrestrial channels, WIFI internet connection, oven, juicer, coffee maker, Toaster, Fridge, Freezer. Late Arrivals :
For arrival after the normal working time (9:30 am – 8 pm) there is an extra sum to be paid accordingly to the following schedule
from 8,00 pm to 10,00pm - €20,00
from 10,00 pm to 12,00 pm - €30,00
after midnight - €40,00.
The correlative sum must be paid in cash at the check in time.
Christmas Period ( 20th December - 6th January ) and Easter Holiday ( dates depends from Calendar ) are considered Very High Season and there will be an extra charge of 20% on high season's prices.
For requests of additional Linen and Towels it will be obligatory to pay an extra charge depending on the quantity of pieces requested.
