This spacious and comfortable apartment is located in a strategic position that allows guests not only to stay in a quite and elegant part of the Trastevere neighbourhood, but also to reach easily and with a short walking distance the heart of the historic center of Rome, like Piazza Farnese, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori and the Vatican. In fact, the apartment is located in Via San Francesco di Sales, near the Botanical Garden of Rome and near the splendid Villa della Farnesina in which are some paintings from Raffaello Sanzio, and the Galleria Corsini, with a wonderful art gallery. Crossing the Ponte Sisto is possible to arrive in Piazza Farnese which leads directly to Campo dei Fiori and to the beautiful and famous Piazza Navona and Largo di Torre Argentina, a hub of public transportation to reach other parts of the city in a few stops. From the apartment along the nearby Via della Lungara, once called the Sacred Way, is achieved via della Conciliazione and then the Basilica of San Pietro, who is revealed to the visitor hidden by its majestic colonnade. A few yards away are the Vatican Museums, that preserve a large amount of the greatest masterpieces of world art history. But if you want to enjoy the spirit and the soul of the real Rome is sufficient to reach the nearby Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere which is the heart of the neighbourhood, with its nightlife made up of many restaurants, bars, wine bars, pubs, to suit all tastes and all budgets!! The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of a living room with sofa bed and extendable table for 6 people, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious Italian dishes with fresh products bought in maybe different markets in the area, two bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds (convertible in double bed), bathroom with shower. For short stays clean linen will be provided at each change of host, while for longer stays there is a change of linen per week. The apartment is equipped with every modern comfort including central heating, wireless internet connection, TV with digital terrestrial channels, and it is very quiet and bright! For arrival after the normal working time (9:30 am – 8 pm) there is an extra sum to be paid accordingly to the following schedule

from 10,00 pm to 12,00 pm - €30,00
after midnight - €40,00.
The correlative sum must be paid in cash at the check in time.
Christmas Period ( 20th December - 6th January ) and Easter Holiday ( dates depends from Calendar ) are considered Very High Season and there will be an extra charge of 20% on high season's prices
For requests of additional Linen and Towels it will be obligatory to pay an extra charge depending on the quantity of pieces requested
The Botanical Garden Apartment is located in Via San Francesco di Sales, in the Trastevere neighborhood, just close to the John Cabot University.
