Are animals admitted?
Unfortunately, animals are not admitted, but if you want, we can always ask to the owner of the property.
Where I can find prices and conditions?
Prices are already indicated on the property description page. Rental conditions are indicated in the section Terms and Conditions.

How can I make a reservation?
When you have found the apartment or Villa that you would like to book, simply press the button BOOK IT . In few seconds you will receive an automatic email that your request is beeing to be processed . In few hours our Booking Office will send you the confirmation of the availability of the property booked with the instructions for the payment of the sum in advance to confirm definitely the booking.
Do I have to log in to make a reservation?
No, log in is not requested.
How can I change my reservation?
Simply contact Gogoita Reservation office by email.
C) METHODS OF PAYMENT
Which methods of payment are accepted?
Gogoita accepts all the main credit cards, pay pal, and bank transfers.
Advanced sum payment
To confirm the reservation we ask you to pay an advance sum, that is around 30 % of the total amount of your stay.
Invoice of the sum in advance will be issued and email to you.
At the moment of the payment of the balance we will issue an official receipt.
How do I get to the right address?
You will be contacted from Gogoita Customer Care office and they are going to give you all the necessary details.
How does check in and key delivery work ?
On the day of your arrival our welcoming manager will be waiting for you at the apartment to check you in and to deliver to you the keys.
What should I do if I dont find anyone waiting for me on my arrival?
Be patient our manager is coming to you, if you need help just contact Vladimir Trbovic at +39 377 468 7470 or Marco Brunelli at +39 366 29 26 116 and we will try to resolve your problem for you.
What should I do in case of some damage?
In case of damage the security deposit you left at the moment of check in is going to be used to refund the owner. In anycase you should contact Gogoita as soon as possible to get help and to be guided.

What time I have to leave the apartment?
Usually the check out time is 11.00 AM.
Where do I have to leave the keys ?
You should leave the keys inside the apartment.
Do I have to clean before I go away?
No, cleaning is not required, Gogoita has its own cleaning service. We only ask from you to leave the apartment in reasonable status of order.
In case I wish can I stay longer than established check out day and time ?
Our general rule is to respect the check out day and time, but if you wish you can ask your welcoming manager to extend your stay.
How can cancel my reservation?
In case of this need please contact Gogoita by mail.
What happens if I decide to cancel my reservation?
